The Functional Genomics Platform (FGP) is based on UMR_S 1256 NGERE’s expertise in omics technologies focused on complex phenotypes and inherited disorders. The FGP provides the scientific, academic and industrial communities with omics approaches dedicated to high-throughput genotyping on the Illumina Infinium BeadChip, high-throughput tilling arrays for epigenomic analyses (human and mouse), DNA library preparation and NGS sequencing (MiSeq-Illumina sequencer, NextSeq 550-Illumina). The proposed panel of omics technologies and analyses is associated with expertise at several levels, including project design, technical engineering, and scientific support until the publication of the results. The platform also provides bioinformatics analysis services. The functional genomics platform is developing a quality approach under the infra+ label of the University of Lorraine.
